Fixes the incompatibility between TrueSpace Expanded - Stars and Project: Ancient Cosmos that prevents the latter's planets and stars from spawning by forcing TrueSpace/RealSpace and Expanded to load before PAC. Note that this also ends up allowing Arcana's stars to spawn as well.
