The Angels of Starbound - Fly Tech Patch
"Nerfed" the flying tech, and added a upgraded version of it that can be crafted. (you can still get the original tech tagged "Cheat" (you can just craft it for free with /admin if you like to cheat) ). I also patched the ship locker.
