What it says on the tin, removes slowdown effect from the T4 & T6 Scavenger gas masks and MK3 Defender armor set. Decided to keep it on weapons since it's not as annoying (in theory). Requires U.S.C.M. Alt progression Mod, for obvious reasons. Should work with armor augs patch, at least it didn't...
