I scanned my room using the LiDAR sensor on an 2021 iPad Pro. 3D scanning my room this way, was way easier and the results were more useable than with photogammetry. The app I used is called "3D Scanning App" I wrote a whole guide for scanning areas and putting them in VR it can be found here:
