4th Crisis Dedicated Gateway
Added a gateway dedicated to the 4th crisis, which can't be passed through by normal empires or fallen empire. The cost and time to build is exactly the same as a normal gateway, and the model is the L-gate model. To enable it, click ‘Unlock 4th Crisis Dedicated Gateway’ in Edict.
