增加领袖等级上限
修改了领袖基础等级为20级，有些mod领袖等级很高，但是却没有改等级上限还是只有十级，所以写了一个这个。 最大等级上限为100级（还没有做加等级上限的特质，所以正常应该是叠不到100的） 想要改等级可以自行打开文件改（\common\defines\LX_dengji.txt），把20改成你想要的就行。 包含了等级图标，不需要订阅图标。 ———————————————————————— 调整领袖升级基础经验为500 比例经验为100 例如如七级领袖升级需要500（基础）x7（等级）+100（比例）x28（7+6+5+4+3+2+1等级加起来）=6300经验
