Not quite as OP, but still good enough! 10 Trait Points + 40 Trait Picks! For those who want more power but at a more "Balanced" level. Made because I was suggested to at the Stellaris Modding Den. By the way, be aware that this applies to AI too! Credit to @chrone_co for the Takodachi Thumbnail...
