Ghost Taker's Unlimited Traits This mod sets the trait points and trait picks to 99 each. If you encounter any problems please let me know. I made this mod because I couldnt find a working one that does both. Works with current version (3.2.*), will update when necessary.

How do I install Unlimited Traits?
Install the matching loader first, then put the downloaded file in your mods folder and start the game. The loader, the mod and Stellaris all have to be on the same version, which is the usual reason a mod does not appear in game.
