Hi there, here is an Arch based on the Arch of Constantine, located near the Colosseum in Rome.. You'll need the ACE and Shiney mods, you'll also need to achieve the 3 lv2 quests from Rayya Children (monuments) to complete the building (colours and decorations). Hope you'll like it ! :)
