It always bothered me when re-embarking that you suddenly get two random hearthlings that join your re-embarked people. Hence. this mod changes the re-embark parameters to allow for 5 hearthlings instead of 3, and 15 items instead of 10 to accomodate for the increase in hearthlings.

Install the matching loader first, then put the downloaded file in your mods folder and start the game. The loader, the mod and Stonehearth all have to be on the same version, which is the usual reason a mod does not appear in game.
