International rescue never had a surface vessel. In Stormworks I though that might be a bit of an issue, so one google search later and there is a boat on Lake Tahoe called the Thunderbird. So I took that idea, shrunk it so it will fit in one of TB2's pods and significantly Thunderbird-ified it....
