很明显这是无待机功耗 (No Idle Power Consumption)的汉化版，字面意思。 让电力制作设备，电力研究设备，电力休闲设备，电力手术台等设备待机、闲置时（不再耗电）。 无需订阅原版模组。 这是我自己用的，为防止我想玩的时候又要重新汉化之苦。 未修改原版mod数据，只是单纯的将文本汉化了，因为有的mod在奇奇怪怪的地方未汉化或断更或UI丢失未修复，我是强迫症我要全汉化。 不出意外会继续更新，比如游戏更新导致的UI错误或者汉化原作者更新的代码。 目前版本1.25 Version: 1.25-005
