自用任取，用网络资源修改的，主要按第六版修改了vp格和初设，去掉了原资源中重复的凯末尔和43号美军增援（放在右上了），相应的从英文图包加入了缺少的“战壕机枪“与“挡住他们“ 从其他资源里拿了几个标记，加了几个吸附点，就这样 24.1.22 完成大部分卡牌相关战争状态与vp的自动结算（封锁需在冬季手动结算，公海舰队与大舰队体现为vp+1与vp-1） 24.1.29 完成大部分战争状态与VP的自动结算，封锁也不需要手动结算了，现在需手动结算VP的只有强制进攻罚分、【和平攻势】罚分、20回合及战争状态40结束时沙皇退位及美军增援的罚分。 vp标记不能光速移动，所以频繁触发结算可能会导致位置错误...
