Make any map a Sandbox... Spawn Menu > Game Mode > Sandbox You can enable the spawn menu for campain in .. options -> game -> campaign: enable spawn, sandbox: unlock all tools With a size of only 392 bytes, this is the smallest (useful) mod in the workshop.
