Turns wall of flesh into the far more superior wall of sucklet (a collectible from itemlabel) and also the twins (becomes sucklet). Their theme is also replaced by sucklet's theme oh also the eye summon becomes suclleet hahaaa sucklet's song (it is in fact used in this pack):
