Shock Collar Over Dog Collar
Replaces Dog Collar with Shock Collar. The hit effect from the Dog Collar is now replaced with Hasan Piker shocking his dog. I can't find the localization name for the dog collar, so I cannot rename it at this exact moment. But it most definitely will be renamed when I am able to do it.
