When using the item "Dad's Key" or the card "Get out of Jail!" in a crawlspace, you now gain access to the Black market (AB+) or the I AM ERROR room (Repentance) ! But heads up ! this door doesnt stay open forever ;) (Thanks /u/NiezLa for providing the idea)
