This mod will add a challenge - Dark Arts Master Challenge. You are a Tainted Judas and you can't shoot tears. Your task is to complete the game using only the Dark Arts. The target is Isaac. No treasuries. You have 9 Volts to quickly charge the item and Spirit of the Night to fly. Goodluck.
