Heart Attack
Heart Attack Isaac starts with 5 hearts, Child's Heart trinket, and The Jar. No Shops. Every 30 seconds removes a half-heart from Isaac's Health. Players are encouraged to be quick, clearing the floor for extra health to use in a boss fight. Run ends at Mom's Heart.
