Reworks the "I Found Pills" pilleffect to now also spawn 2-4 pills on use. Horse pill spawns 4-8 pills. Pill amounts are configurable EID does not show configured amounts yet, just the base amounts(Still figuring stuff out) Compatible with Rep+ Compatible with EID Compatible with Mod Config Menu...
