LazStartsWithDullRazor
Lazarus now starts with the Dull Razor. He already is a bleeder, a little poke with something dull should trigger his anemia (if you have beaten Challange 31 that is). Nothing overpowered, nothing special, but something themed in my opinion. Same as the Compound Fracture.
