More Skyrim Races

Just adds some more races to skyrim. I'm new at this so please comment anything I did badly. I've add the races Werewolf, Spriggan, Draugr, Skeleton, Mannequin, and Troll. I'll be adding more later but for right now thats it. The Mannequin is pretty much just a nord that looks different.
