在太吾氏祠堂和秘闻界面增加「秘闻公开」按钮，可查看太吾掌握但尚未公开的秘闻，并消耗威望进行公开传播；可选使用兼容 OpenAI 接口生成新闻文案。会根据AI文案生成近似的实际落实到游戏里的结果。注意，默认配置生成一条+校验需要大概一分钟，但是不用硬等，发送后关掉窗口该干嘛干嘛，生成好了会自动弹出预览，点击确定即可按AI文案公开
