在人物伤病页的每个有效服食栏增加原版锁定／解除锁定图标按钮。锁定按人物、栏位和当前物品分别记录；锁定后过月不会减少剩余服食时长，但清空服食、主动替换以及更强蛊虫顶替等原版逻辑仍然正常生效。锁定状态随当前世界存档保存。
