完成前期规划后，自动维持太吾村的人员、维护、生产、销售和收取循环。 玩家确认过月后，管家会根据当前资源、岗位、生产销售链和学习条件安排工作人员：先覆盖缺少主事的建筑，再把成员分散到不同需求；具备教学条件时，优先安排有书可读且仍有成长潜力的村民，适合学习的孩童只会担任成员。随后完成维修、住房、资源配比和代制任务安排，并让仍可工作的闲置成年村民临时采集紧缺资源。 经营结算后自动领取各类产出、补充销售货物并处理招募结果。管家新安排的代制任务默认把产物送入货仓；玩家之后手动选择其它存放位置时不会被再次改回。基础建设的类型、位置、升级和拆除仍由玩家决定。每月托管完成时自动显示一次月报，经营明细按“...
