优化战斗中前端通知分发的性能。 游戏战斗帧每次通知推送，原版需要对所有功法子处理器逐一检查匹配，检查量随功法数平方增长。当装备大量功法（如每类70格）时，每帧检查量高达数百万次，导致掉帧。 【优化一】子处理器快速短路（默认开启） 对每条数据通知，在进入 handler 逐一比对之前先比较 SubId0（标识对应哪门功法/角色/武器）。不匹配则直接跳过，省去 7 次 IsMatch 调用。约 7 倍提速，数学上等价，可安全开启。 【优化二】通知索引分发（默认开启） 维护一张索引，将每条通知直接定位到唯一匹配的子处理器，彻底消除 O(N²) 的外层遍历。开启后约额外 7 倍提速（两项合计约...
