过月NPC行动解禁 本 Mod 用于放开部分原版过月 NPC 行为限制，让 NPC 在月结行动规划中更容易执行原版已经写好、但被配置层或索敌范围压得很难出现的行为。 当前版本重点包括：允许白名单内未接通 sensor 的 NPC 行为进入规划、放宽部分敌对行动的索敌范围，并提供诊断日志以观察这些行为是否真的进入规划、创建 action、最终执行。 这是玩法补全 / 行为解禁 Mod，不是严格等价原版行为的优化 Mod。 本 Mod 不写入自定义存档数据，不新增自定义存档结构；所有改动均为运行时 Harmony Patch。关闭或移除 Mod 后不会留下额外 sidecar 或自定义存档字...
