Unbreakable Tools

Tools do not break, all that it does. DOES NOT WORK WITH LOCKPICKS. For the life of me I can't figure out why this is. Working on it currently. Put this at the top of your mod list in the game, it says it will conflict but it works fine with 99% of other mods so long as you do that.
