This is a balanced and tweaked version of Magnar's Ammunition Refill mod. Ammunition Refill can be extremely unbalanced at times, so I opted to increase the refill time and limit the number of uses. Right now there's a perfect 30s discomfort time which will give the AI more tactical options again...
