Imperium Head To Head
Simple mod raising the Imperium cap to a near infinite amount to allow for longer Co-op and Head to Head Campaigns. Reaching Imperium level 4 now gives the player the same army/agents cap as they would get at max Imperium rank in the vanilla campaign.
