이 모드는 건물의 건설비용을 단계별로 최소 1.1 ~ 최대 1.7 배까지 상승시켜 내정에 걸리는 시간을 길게 만들어줍니다. 좀 더 긴 플레이타임 형태의 게임방식을 좋아하시는분들께는 적합하지만 아케이드한 게임을 원하시는분들께는 추천하고 싶진 않습니다. 또한 건설비용외에 기술 발전에 들어가는 골드소모량을 일괄 1.5배 시켜놓았기 때문에 중반부 이후 남아돌기 시작하는 골드의 쓰임새를 강화하였고 속주 3~4개 수준에서 내정에 치중할지 영토를 확장할지 제대로 노선을 잡아주지 않는이상 발전과 확장 둘 모두 할 수 없도록 셋팅된 모드입니다.
