只针对玩家略微增加了战斗中的各项数值以及战斗之外的发展速度。没有对数值有研究应该发现不了。所以，跟看上去比较公平的跟AI有来有回吧。 因为是全局数值，所以重点是可以用城防军通过“一定”的操作打退敌军。 单位等级加成效果也增加了一下，高级兵更有用了。（AI的军队也更猛了） 另外这次调低了维护费，玩家跟电脑都可以大幅增加军队数了！大幅增加了招募费，所以资源的重要性更加凸显！（特别是高级兵，简直是吞金兽！） 另外汉谟拉比法典真是好用啊，简直内置作弊器~~ (*^▽^*) 将其消耗调整为50%，生效时间改成了30%回合。 英雄等级上限调整为40级，总计技能点有45点，应该是够用了。（毕竟本人还没...
