Allow level up to 40. at level 27 xp needed 1300 28, 1400 29, 1500..... I tested with peleset. at checked leveling up 30. If there are any bugs, let me know. Warning: This mod can make remaining attribute points and it might disturb you. Save compatible. But i am not sure about attribute points....
