No Seleucid Satrapies - Vanilla AI version
This is a vanilla version of my DeI-submod of the same name. The Seleucid faction will receive all their satrapies' regions on their first turn. Please be aware that this usually cripples the AI and makes the faction a pushover due to being too big.
