Thorax hoplites recruit from tier 3 barracks
Athens and syracuse get a tier 3 hoplite unit called thorax hoplites, BUT they require a tier 4 barracks which means they are obselete as you will always pick the picked hoplites instead (pun intended). So this is a simple fix to this stupid design by letting you recruit them from tier 3 barracks.
