把基础的同时建造数量从1改到3，现在可同时建造3个建筑。AI能更快造城。玩家管理建造的精力和建造花的时间也可以更少，加上一些游戏中别的buff，可以同时造更多建筑，这让游戏中加建造数量的机制仍然有效，这很合理。
