UAD没更新，历史强迫症受不住，参照工坊一个大佬的MOD改了下人口显示，单纯的修改了UI，把原版的几百万人口，缩小到20%。 应该基本和其他MOD都没有冲突（我自己目前加载75个MOD）。 那个大佬的人口10%之所以会失效，是因为之前陶谦flc转正时多了一条“流亡人口”的代码。 （uad应该不能使用，因为uad就是修改这个表来适配人口的）
