在国外领地过回合的军队会得到降低移动距离25%的buff。 主要目的是为了防止被AI急行军遛狗， 军队在国外领地行军时因补给不畅、未知路况、水土不服等等原因， 行军速度肯定是要受点影响的，这很科学的对吧。 此效果全派系、全宇宙有效。 特别声明： 本mod灵感来源于作者（xrx98）的《友好领地移动距离增加》mod， 鉴于游戏版本迭代之际作者尚未更新，为了满足广大玩家（主要是自己）的需求， 放出了该替代品mod，并在效果上做了一定调整以作区分原作品，不喜勿订勿喷。 作者（xrx98）正常更新后或者有要求时，会删除本mod，以归还订阅量。
