Buffed Horse Pastures
At release, horse pastures gave -20% recruitment cost and -20% upkeep cost for cavalry at rank 5. This was nerfed to -10% upkeep, so it wasn't possible to get free cavalry upkeep anymore. This mod meets in the middle and brings the upkeep to -15%. Horse pastures now reduces upkeep by 3/6/9/12/15...
