游戏在前期的时候，由于部队的维持费的问题。基本上每个派系最多维持一个满编部队，几千人打几千人。能够接触到的大规模战斗概率比较小，另外驻防部队的等级永远都是一级，所以这个mod为了喜欢战斗的玩家设置，并且增加每回合天子宠信。 1. 所有的兵种的维持费变为原先的30%，同样对于电脑生效。招募费不变，这样减小了不同兵种之间的差距，不需要一直用民兵来战斗。基本上前几年就会看到电脑有3.4个满编部队。 2. 所有军队每季度的经验增加100（包括驻防部队，只对玩家生效）。防止随着游戏进行，弓兵和骑兵都是满级，步兵和驻防部队等级过低。 3. 每回合增加5点天子宠信。 4. 腐败减50%。 5. 可用军...
