给每个郡国主城一个独特的经济buff来增加区分度，改变原版千篇一律的状况。 一直想找一个这样的mod玩，但是同类的mod总是过于削弱边境郡国，搞的边角派系前期只能换家。 这个mod按照东汉郡国人口分布情况、不同郡国地理位置以及特殊资源分布进行buff设置，基本思想是河北、中原、蜀地、齐地比较富庶，西北东北西南东南比较贫瘠，但是除人口极少的郡国之外不设置debuff效果，以求达到边境郡国前期也可以支撑军队但后期上限低的效果。 加强了膏腴之地buff。 给农田和稻田增加了农业产值，给渔港增加了商业产值，给武器坊和盔甲坊增加了工业产值，给驯兽场和马场增加了商业产值，增加了玉矿的产值，给彭城庙宇...
