此mod让了士兵补员与城市人口直接挂钩 只要保证排序靠前，应该与任何大修兼容 请尽量保证此mod排序靠前（处于大修之上）以免某些修改被覆盖 1、城市等级越高，人口越多补员越快，反之则慢，甚至减员 2、修改了船只补员，现在上船固定会减少补员 3、招募军队会消耗本郡国的人口 4、同一个郡国存在的军队越多，补员效果越差 6、随着军队的发展，将得到更多buff与debuff 第五条士兵对将领的伤害加成已被移除，增加到了新mod马步军中推第一之中
