粮食加成
原版粮食在超过50达到最大效果，往后的粮食数量没有任何加成； 本mod将粮食数量等级从原版的5个扩展至10个，同时粮食短缺同理取相反数，具体分级如图上所示： 并且从等级6开始每级提供5%派系商业加成，等级8开始提供5%派系工业加成。 总的说了我这个mod平衡性不错，并不会影响太大，更多的是补充高余粮时的加成 兼容旧档以及各个势力。
