将黑龙、黄龙、白龙军护甲修改为皮甲，护甲值为20 黑龙军的护甲值也太低了，这么高级的兵的护甲居然是民兵用的纸糊的甲，一不注意还会被民兵射爆，所以我修改了一下黑龙军的护甲，随便把黄龙、白龙军的护甲也改了
