新官府简体中文稳定版
很多朋友在使用新官府的时候会出现被覆盖的提示，不能用的情况。 我简单修改了一下并把简体中文汉化整合了进去，这样只需要使用这个单个MOD就可以了。 这个修改版理论上没有排序要求，但建议放到MOD管理器列表的第二位，仅次于大结集核心的位置。 使用这个版本无需再订阅新官府原版和简体中文汉化。
