综合了我对科技树的一些喜好调整。 没有改什么核心文件，兼容性理应较好。 目前用起来感觉一上来就能点建造时间减一的科技很方便，其他就很无感，有些科技是不会先去点的，等要点的时候也造了很多建筑了。
