Note: Romance Mode Only - Will update for Records if there is a demand for it. Zhao Yun is known as the "The Blue Dragon", so why not actually make him a as mighty as a dragon on the battlefield? This mod sets all of Zhao Yun's base attributes to 200 (although various factors will change this )....
