这个模组作用就是，没有军事通行权，不可穿越非友军领地，AI玩家通用。 已知弊端，会一定程度阻碍AI的发展，AI不可能穿越好几个势力跑来打你，会降低游戏难度。 玩家如果强制穿越没军通的势力城市时，会几率出现下回合按钮无法点击，必须读档，否则无法进行游戏。 所以请谨慎使用
