Less Upkeep Per Lord/Higher Base Upkeep
This mod decreases upkeep per a lord by 3% on hard difficulty and 8% on very hard/legendary while increasing base upkeep by 3% on hard and 8% on very hard/legendary. This is incompatible with mods that change base upkeep or upkeep per a lord. This mod should work regardless of version.
