Mixu's Tabletop Lords Extra Skills Sub-Mod
Adds 3 skill points/level for heroes and 4 points/level for lords. Also provides a skill dump unlocked at level 15. I would like to thank Mixu for providing the extra lords and heroes for us to enjoy as well as Energy Venom for providing the base of the extra skills mod.
